Try to identify what makes you tick, your strengths and weaknesses. Once you’ve nailed that, you can make plans to reach your goals and ensure you use your gift.
Valuing you
Pacific culture plays an integral part of life for most Pacific peoples living in Canterbury. It also has a great impact on that taboo area of sex and more importantly sexual health.
To value yourself and acknowledge your worth, is to say you are in control of your body, including your heart.
