Everyone has their own ideas about what makes them feel great!
We asked Cantabrians from various cultural backgrounds to think about their wellbeing and the things they do to improve it. Their answers are a useful reminder of the simple things we can all do to take care of ourselves and each other.
The cultural backgrounds that feature in the posters are Malaysian, Nepali, Chinese, Farsi, Korean and Hindi. Overtime we’re planning on sharing the wellbeing ideas of people from a wider variety of Canterbury communities.
This project builds on our work translating of the Five Ways to Wellbeing into eight different languages: Farsi, Nepali, Chinese, Korean, Amharic, Arabic, Hindi and Somali.
