The Five Ways to Wellbeing at Work Toolkit has been developed by the Mental Health Foundation and the HPA, and makes it easy for workplaces to support their people to build five simple and proven actions into their daily lives. When practised regularly, the Five Ways to Wellbeing (Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Give, Take Notice) can build resilience, boost wellbeing and offer some protection from developing mental health problems.
