Baby and You follows on from antenatal classes, offering sound tips and strategies as you begin your journey into parenthood including: feeding, intro to baby massage carseat safety, sleeping and crying, core strengths and all about Mum! Triple P Discussion Groups

These discussion groups are another type of Triple P held over five sessions - 2 hours each.
